We are delighted to invite you to the Workshop on “Crisis Communication and Social Media”, which will take place from 13 – 14 February 2018 at UIC HQ in Paris. The main focus will be the use of different communications channels and best practices for the internal and external communication during crisis situations. Another focus will be the use of social media and the related problems (e.g. false information).

4th Session: Communication guidelines workshop
- Workshop held by Dr Paul Reilly (University of Sheffield, UK): Communication guidelines for first responders and CI operators developed in the EU projects CascEff and IMPROVER
Target group: This workshop is aimed at colleagues who are dealing with crisis management, first responders and blue light organisations, critical infrastructure operators as well as researchers, journalists and communication experts.
