The conference will take place in-person on 14 May 2025, 9:30 - 16:30 CEST (Paris time), at UIC HQ in Paris, France.

IMPRESS (IMProving Railway sEcurity through awareneSS and training) is being implemented in partnership with the security services of major European railway companies (from Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Belgium), the German Police University and is coordinated by the UIC Security Department. The conference will be an opportunity to experience firsthand the training modules and see the awareness materials developed within the project.

The IMPRESS Final Conference also welcomes as a side event the UIC Security Platform Human Factors Working Group (HFWG) meeting, which will focus on the feeling of security, on 13 May 2025, 9:00 - 17:00.

The conference and HFWG meeting are open to members of the IMPRESS Consortium, the IMPRESS Advisory Board, UIC Security Platform Members, UIC Partners, and EU-related projects.
